Ingredients:
1/2 cup Shelled Hemp Seed 1 large Shredded Cabbage 1 cup your choice of favorite Chopped Greens (Arugala, Spinach, Collards, etc.) 1/2 cup Raisins 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts 1/4 cup Pepitas or Pumpkin seeds 2 Chopped Apples
Dressing: 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed Oil 1/2 Cup Veganaise 4 Tbsp Shoyu or Tamari Sauce 2 Tbsp Cajun Spice 1 Tbsp White and Black Pepper 1 Pinch of Cayenne 1/4 cup Annie's Shitake Mushroom Dressing Salt to taste Add water until it is the dressing consistency that you like
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Mix together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. You can garnish with a sprinkle of Shelled Hemp Seed.
