Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Shelled Hemp Seed 2 Tbsp Hemp Seed Oil 2 Cups carrots, diced 1/2 Cup water 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar 1 Cup arugula(or spinach) 2 tsp paprika 1 jalapeno pepper(optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy smooth. Will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
This recipe goes very well with coleslaw!
