Makes: 1 pie Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Shelled Hemp Seed 1 cup warm water 1/2 cup honey 16 ounce firm tofu 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 Tbs Arrow root
Directions:
In blender, puree Shelled Hemp Seed with water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour mixture into Graham cracker pie shell. Bake at 350 until set, about 30 minutes. Cool. Top with blueberry topping.
