Ingredients:
2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder 3/4 cup filtered water 3/4 cup organic yogurt 2 Tbsp milled flax seed 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 banana (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender starting with water, and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
Enjoy!!
**For extra good stuff: add 1-2 Tbsp of greens food powder or 1-2 tsp of wheat grass powder
