Hemp and Cashew

Makes: 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 min + soak time
Cook Time:

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Shelled Hemp Seed
3/4 Cup raw Organic Cashews
Juice from 2 Oranges (Blood Oranges makes it pink)
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or agave nectar)
1 Tsp Vanilla
water to soak nuts

Directions:


In a bowl, cover shelled hemp seed and cashews with water and let soak at least 2 hours (creamier overnight).


Drain and rinse soaked nuts and put into blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Add water as needed for consistency and blend or process until very creamy.


This is great over strawberries, nectarines, or any fruit or pie.....
