Choco-Berry Slam

Ingredients:

2 Scoops Hemp Protein Powder
2 Cups milk (hemp, dairy, soy, rice or coconut)
1 pear (chopped)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp coco powder(or carob powder
1 Tbsp Maca

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. If you want a protein boost, try making the recipe with 3-4 scoops of protein powder.


Maca is a root from the mountains of Peru. It is known to have powerful adaptogen properties similar to ginseng.
