Ingredients:
2 Scoops Hemp Protein Powder 2 Cups milk (Hemp, Dairy, Soy, RIce or Coconut) 1 banana 1 cup frozen berries(blueberry, strawberry or raspberry)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. If you want a big protein boost, try making the recipe with 3-4 scoops of protein powder
