Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Hemp Seed Oil 1 Tbsp Shelled Hemp Seed 1 cup frozen Blueberries 1 cup soy or rice milk 4 Tbsp pure maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. This is a high sugar smoothie, great if you are in need of lots of energy. If you want, you can make it with half the maple syrup.
