RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Manitoba Mango Lassie Energy Blaster
Makes: Enough for two
Prep Time: 5 min
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Hemp Seed Nut
1 Mango (peeled and cubed)
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Maca Root Powder
1 Tbsp Green Food Powder ( our favorite is Amazing Grass )
1/4 cup water
1 Cup Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. This smoothie is a taste of paradise. Enjoy!!
