MEET TEAM MANITOBA
This month we are proud to feature Bill Barker, Manitoba Harvest Quality Control Manager . Bill runs all aspects of quality control at Manitoba Harvest ensuring that every Manitoba Harvest products is produced with the highest quality standards.
Bill has spent his entire 25-year career in Quality Control . Before joining Manitoba Harvest, B ill spent 16 years as the laboratory manager/quality manager at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Bill holds a B.S c. in Microbiology .
Bill our "MacGyver" as he known around the office
can fix anything. He works very well with his hands. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. He is a Scuba Dive Master and enjoys tropical vacations.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Best Winter Breakfast Ever
Makes: Enough for Two
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min for the oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Shelled Hemp Seed
1 Tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
2 Cups cooked rolled oats
1 Cup blueberries
2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1 Tbsp dried Goji berries
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp Ghee (or coconut oil)
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 pinch Cardamom
Directions:
Combine hot oats with spices, blueberries, goji berries and raisins and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
