Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

 

Makes 1 large bowl

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 2 minutes | Total time: 7 minutes

 

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 fresh mango)
  • ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut milk 

Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup Hemp Yeah Honey & Oats Granola

Directions:

Blend all smoothie bowl ingredients until well combined. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes:

  1. Substitute coconut milk for ½ cup vanilla oat milk or combine both milks and use ¼ cup coconut milk + ¼ cup vanilla oat milk.
  2. Convert your smoothie bowl to a regular smoothie by adding 1-1.5 cups of milk.
